What we collect

When you contact ArtificialOvertime.com by phone, text, email or a form on this site, we collect the details you choose to give us, such as your name, mobile phone number, email address and your message. Our web host records standard technical information such as IP address and browser type.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your request and, if you opted in, to send the text messages you agreed to receive about Artificial Overtime show updates, episode drops and production notices. Worker sign-ups from our Join the crew page are handled as described under Crew sign-ups below.

SMS / text messaging

Text messages are sent only to people who give affirmative consent on our SMS sign-up form or in the call/text consent box on our Join the crew page. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and no further messages will be sent; reply HELP for help. Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Crew sign-ups (workers)

If you sign up on our Join the crew page, we collect what you enter: your name, mobile phone number, email (optional), city or ZIP code, trades and skills, experience level, whether you have your own tools, vehicle and a valid driver's license, the days and date you can start, and (optional) your pay expectation, licenses or certifications and how you heard about us, plus whether you agreed to be called or texted. Our web host also records technical information such as IP address and browser type; we keep a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address only to block spam and repeated submissions. We use this information only to contact you about work on upcoming renovation and real-estate projects organized by Ciro Gamino and to match you to jobs. The sign-up form never asks for your Social Security number, date of birth or a photo ID, and we ask you not to type them into it. Your sign-up is stored in our website's database with our web host (Cloudflare) and is visible only to Ciro Gamino and the people he authorizes to help staff these projects. We do not sell it. If a separate company affiliated with Ciro Gamino is formed to run these crews, your sign-up may be transferred to it to be used for the same purpose. We call or text you only if you checked the consent box, or to answer your own questions; that consent is optional and is not a condition of anything. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. We keep sign-ups for up to 24 months after your last contact with us, then delete them. You can ask us to update or delete your sign-up at any time by emailing info@artificialovertime.com or calling (877) 482-4473.

How we share it

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We share it only where required by law or with service providers strictly necessary to operate this site and our phone and messaging service (for example our telecom carrier).

Retention and your choices

We keep information only as long as needed to serve your request and meet record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to access or delete your information at any time.
