Payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your payment details, email and billing country under Stripe's privacy policy. We receive your name, email, what you bought and the amount; we never receive your full card number.
If you enter your email for the free checklist, we store that email, the sign-up source, your country (from your IP) and your browser type, so we can send the checklist and occasional product updates. Ask us to delete it any time.
If you leave a review on your download page, we store your rating, text, the name or initials you typed, whether you allowed us to show it, and a one-way scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address to stop spam. Reviews are shown only if you ticked the consent box.
The shop runs on Cloudflare, which records standard technical information such as IP address and browser type.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.
