Common fixes

• I paid but didn't land on a download page. Email us with the email you paid with and we'll send your link.
• I lost my download page. Same: email us and we'll resend it. Then bookmark it, because updates land there.
• The EPUB won't open on Kindle. Use Amazon's "Send to Kindle" (it accepts EPUB), or read the PDF.
• The ZIP won't open. Download it again on a computer (not inside an in-app browser), then double-click it.
• The transcript script says "HTTP Error 429". YouTube is rate-limiting your connection. Wait a while and try again, or copy the transcript by hand. See the README in your ZIP.
