Everything in the Artificial Overtime shop is a digital download (ebooks, ZIP kits, templates).
If a file won't open, a download is missing, or the product isn't what its shop page described, email info@artificialovertime.com within 30 days of purchase. Include the email you paid with and the product name. We'll fix the file first if you want that; if you'd rather have your money back, you get a full refund to your original payment method through Stripe. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
Tell us in a sentence what went wrong. It helps us fix the product for the next buyer. You don't have to return anything, but please delete the files after a refund.
Bundles are refunded as a whole, under the same 30-day terms.
Every product page has a free sample or preview pages and a "you need" line. Please check them, so the product fits.
